There is no participation requirement or formula to meet, as long as the minimum number of employees remain enrolled.

FlexMED Catastrophe Plan allows the employer that has a current FlexMED plan and meets certain eligibility requirements to purchase catastrophic coverage (high deductible major medical). The Catastrophe Plan benefits are paid once all available FlexMED benefits have been paid and the catastrophic deductible has been met.

SafeGuard is a reimbursement HIPAA compliant health insurance plan featuring true co-pays. Individuals and their eligible dependents, who are members in an approved association are eligible to enroll into the group plan issued to that association.
